Bio:

From the EP cover... "In 1968 three musicians living in Cork discovered a mutual interest in American country music and in particular the music of the Carter Family -- so was formed The Lee Valley String Band by Chris Twomey, Niall & Colm Toner.
Since then many musicians have played with the band but the music has always been a mixture of Old-Timey and Bluegrass with perhaps an occasional digression.
The present lineup... [at time of the EP, circa 1985] has been together for some years now.
